The prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, will attend the press conference on March 30, 2023. The government of St Kitts and Nevis will host the event at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Conference Room in Lime Kiln, Basseterre. All the federal cabinet members of St Kitts and Nevis will join the Prime Minister.
The event will centre around Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew providing significant updates working of the various ministries under his belt. The Prime Minister’s cabinet members are also expected to offer several significant updates regarding the workings of their respective ministries.
The following members constitute the Federal Cabinet of St Kitts and Nevis:
- Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Education, gender affairs, youth empowerment, ageing and disabilities et al., Dr Geoffrey Hanley
- Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, and urban development et al., Marsha Henderson
- Minister of Public Utilities, Information, Communication and Technology, et al., Konris Maynard
- Minister of Sports, creative economy, agriculture, fisheries, entrepreneurship, Samal Duggins.
- Minister of foreign affairs, International Trade, commerce and Industry et al., Dr Denzil Douglas
- Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, et al., Attorney General Garth Wilkin
- Senator Isalean Phillip
- Minister of Environment, Climate Action and Constituency Empowerment, Dr Joyelle Clarke.

The Press Conference is a regular occurrence. The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, hosts the meeting every month to keep the country’s people up to date with the developments in the country. Meanwhile, several developments have occurred in the country in the last few weeks. The various cabinet members are expected to provide updates about their respective ministries.
During the session, they will talk about the plans for the future expansion and critical developments that are taking place in the ministries. During the session, Prime Miniser Dr terrance Drew will talk about the developments in the sectors of health, including procurement of new equipment for the JNF General Hospital.
