He has instituted several administrative changes to the programme and updated it to align with the needs of the investors and high-net-worth individuals. The Citizenship by Investment Programme in the country has undergone several critical transitions in the last few months.
These administrative and structural changes aim to make the programme more lucrative and increase its demand in the modern Investment market. Additionally, the changes in the Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis aim to uplift the economy of the people and the country’s infrastructure and provide a profitable investment opportunity to high net-worth individuals.
In line with this mandate, the head of the Citizenship by Investment unit of St Kitts and Nevis, Michael Martin, has introduced a limited-time offer on the sustainable Growth Fund Option of St Kitts and Nevis. Under this offer, investors can benefit from a reduced minimum investment to secure alternative citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis. Under the limited-time offer, a single investor can get citizenship for a minimum investment of USD 125,000. They can also get their citizenship processed in 60 days. The limited-time offer is applicable till June 30, 2023, and is aimed at bringing several applicants to the shores of St Kitts and Nevis
