The head of the Citizenship by Investment unit of St Kitts and Nevis, Michael Martin, is working diligently to maintain the country’s platinum brand of the Citizenship by Investment Programme. Under his leadership, the CIU is working to ensure that the programme remains strictly in adherence to the promises and commitments made by the government while introducing several changes to the programme.

St Kitts and Nevis can flaunt having the world’s longest-running and most trustworthy Citizenship by Investment Programme. However, maintaining their hold on such a position takes the dedication of the whole CIU. Accordingly, the team, under the leadership of their head, Michael Martin, is making strides in developing the programme to retain the position and reputation it has earned in almost the last four decades.

The Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis has undergone several significant and critical changes to align with the needs and requirements of the investors looking to become a part of the programme in line with the security, safety and value that it provides. The head of the CIU, Michael Martin is working to develop the programme further and take several concrete steps to improve the programme so that it can continue to pioneer the investment and immigration industry.

The investment and immigration industry is characterized by wide-ranging competition from countries seeking to become the best and most sought-after in the world. Understanding this, the head of St Kitts and Nevis CIU, Michael Martin introduced several critical upgrades to the programme. One of these changes was the Limited Time Offer that the CIU has added to the Sustainable Growth Fund. Under the offer, a single applicant can apply for the Citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis for a minimum investment of USD 125,000.

Under the offer, an applicant also does not need to apply for accelerated processing or pay any extra charges to get their applicants processed quicker than standard. This is because the Limited Time Offer under the Sustainable Growth Fund includes accelerated processing, such that a qualified applicant can get their Citizenship processed in 60 days.

Notably, the Limited Time offer of the Sustainable Growth Fund started on January 1, 2023, and will run for six months, concluding on June 30. The Limited Time Offer gives High Net Worth Individuals better value for their investment. Additionally, the CIU, under the leadership of Michael Martin is focusing on further developing the sustainable growth fund as it is one of the most sought-after investment options of the Citizenship by Investment Programme.

Further, the funds generated through the sustainable growth fund are utilized in the developmental programmes and initiatives of the government, like the construction of schools and critical infrastructures. Accordingly, the investment option is most beneficial not only for the investors but also the people of the country who benefit from the initiatives funded by the sustainable growth Fund
