The Security Forces United Football Club announced the date of the 3rd Annual Award Ceremony for celebrating sports excellence in the country. This year’s ceremony will take place on Saturday July 25, 2026 at the CUNA Conference room, Wilkin Street, Fortlands in Basseterre.
In the announcement, the club shared that the main objective of hosting the award ceremony is to appreciate and acknowledge the efforts of players, teams, coaches, parents, sponsors and supporters. The organization stated that the celebration also reflects the success of the 2025-2026 season.
The award ceremony will begin at 6:30 PM and the dress code for the ceremony is elegantly casual. In the ceremony organization will felicitate individuals in 6 categories. The categories of the award ceremony are:
- SKCU U13 Boys Team
- Elco Ltd Senior Men’s Team
- Baley Construction Inc Women
- PCCU Nu Generation Grassroots Program
- Management Coaches and parents
Additionally, St. Kitts Nevis Defence Force extended best wishes to the club and congratulated the recipients who will receive the awards in advance. The SKNDF said, “Congratulations in advance to all of this year’s award recipients, we are proud to celebrate your commitment, teamwork, and excellence”.
The St. Kitts Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. is one of the partners in hosting the award ceremony in collaboration with Security Forces United Football Club. The other partners supporting the event are PCCU Police C0-Operative Credit Union, Project Management & Construction Ltd, SKNFA and National Intervention Team.
The SKCU stated that they felt proud of being one of the partners with the club in hosting the ceremony and sincerely thanked the club for investing in the island’s talents. Further, they appreciated the club for continuously working on strengthening the communities in the island through sport.The SKCU said, “St. Kitts Co-operative Union is proud to support the Security Force United Football Club as they host their 3rd Annual Recognition & Awards Ceremony”.
Notably, the Security Forces United Football Club is currently hosting 4th Annual Crime Intervention Summer Soccer Camp 2026 which officially began on Monday 20 July. The camp is two weeks where participants play and develop their expertise in the game under professional mentors.
