St Kitts and Nevis: Minister of Sports Samal Duggins extended congratulations to the MCFR Old Road United Jets on their winning the C4 Football Festival.

Minister Duggins congratulated the team through his official social media account and expressed proud on thein victory.

Significantly, he shared the glimpses of his meet with the MFCR Old Road United Jets Team and gave a big shoutout to the SL Horsford St Paul’s United, Honda Newtown United, and Jones Group Sandy point for their utmost and dedicated participation.

Minister Duggins also acknowledged all the teams for making the Football Festival a huge success. He also extended congratulations to Dequan Hamilton of the Old Road Jets for being titles as the Most Valuable Player (MVP).

In addition to this, Minister of Sports also thanked everyone who came out to support and enjoy some exciting football action in the community.

Sharing some of the fun moment glimpses, Minister Duggins noted “I know we all had a great time.”

Concluding his wishes, Minister Samal Duggins also appreciated the organizing committee for their hard work in making this even a huge success.

Significantly, the game was an unequal competition as the MCFR United Old Road Jets scored 2 points against the St Pauls United and leaded the game by half time.

And the Mini Jets concluded the second round in spectacular fashion with a total of 8 pints against 0, securing another win and continuing their impressive winning streak, entering the semi-finals.

Top goal scorers of the match were also extended congratulations by the authority of the Football Club and the Ministry of Sports.
