St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew walked through the Conaree community to meet the residents and constituents on Thursday, August 22, 2024.

PM Drew shared glimpses of the visit through his official social media account and mentioned that it was quite productive as he engaged in discussions on various issues that prevail in St Kitts and Nevis.

He also noted that he will look forward to continuing his walkthroughs in the communities as it provides real insights on the functions and actions of the administration.

Notably, the Prime Minister makes such visits then and now to different communities to foster engagement and interaction with the citizens of the country. He stated that the prime objective of such visits is to enhance relationship between the government and the public.

In addition to this, PM Terrance Drew also made a visit to the community and spent time with the young citizens of the Conaree Community for the Easter Party. He gave gifts and praised the children for their engagement.

The Easter Party consisted of the Easter egg hunt and the party took place where the significance of the festival was highlighted.

The Prime Minister also inaugurated the construction of the Conaree Playing Field back in the month of April for the commencement of the progress at the stadium.

Significantly, the members of the Conaree Community were recently given a detailed look at the plans to renovate the football area of the Conaree Playing Field. It will also be home to all premier league football games after its transformation.

In the community of Conaree, several projects have also been laid down including the highly awaited construction of the climate-smart homes. Considerably, the first two homes that were constructed in the Conaree were handed over to two women.
