In a major setback to UWP’s ahead of the general elections in Dominica, a European news website CCE News has levelled serious allegations on the Leader of Opposition and UWP political leader Lenox Linton of being engaged in corruption and conspiracy to sell off Dominica’s assets.
CCE News released a thread of WhatsApp chats, which they claimed of Lenox Linton with some developers in which opposition leader can be seen compromising the national assets.
“In a desperate bid to secure election campaign funding we can deduct from these threads of messages how Lenox Linton compromises the national assets and enters into a land deal to dispose of Government land to a developer named Terry Baron who is introduced by a contact in WhatsApp named Chris,” CCE News stated.
