St. Kitts and Nevis National Carnival, Sugar Mas, has been ranked among the top three carnivals in the Caribbean by JabJab Official.
Sugar Mas is a month-long carnival season filled with fetes, pageants, cultural events, J’ouvert, and the Grand Parade.
JabJab Official, through its post, has positioned St. Kitts and Nevis Carnival at rank three amongst the five nations. The other nations on the list were Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Barbados, and Dominica.
The official page of the St. Kitts and Nevis National Carnival revealed the slogan for the 2024-2025 carnival, “There is only one place to be – Sugar Mas 53.” This year’s Sugar Mas season will take place from December 13, 2024, to January 2, 2025.
The registrations for the Sugar Mas 53 National Events have also been completed.
The 2023-2024 Sugar Mas season saw a record number of participants in the Carnival events, and it is anticipated that the participation will increase further this year.
The official Calendar Launch for the events of the carnival will air on June 17, 2024, at 10:00 am and will be live on the social media of St. Kitts and Nevis Carnival.
The Carnival is the celebration of heritage, the community, and, most remarkably, the unyielding spirit of the people.

“If this isn’t enough of a sign that ‘there’s only one place to be Sugar Mas 53’, then I don’t know what is!” states the Minister of Culture.
