The people’s Labour Party (PLP) candidates signed contracts with the people of their constituency, on July 28, 2022, on behalf of the political party for the upcoming general elections scheduled to take place on Friday, August 5, 2022, in the Twin Island Federation of St Kitts and Nevis.
The People’s Labour Party (PLP), led by the current Prime Minister, Dr Timothy Harris, is contesting the upcoming general elections from all eight St Kitts and Nevis constituencies.
On Thursday, July 28, 2022, The official Facebook page of the People’s Labour Party (PLP) shared a caption stating, “Our candidates have signed contracts with their constituents to hold them accountable for their commitment to secure their future. We will continue delivering for you!”
This post was further re-shared by Prime Minister Timothy Harris, along with photographs of the contracts that the elected candidates of the People’s Labour Party (PLP) signed with the people of their constituencies.
From Constituency 1, Jacqueline Bryan assured the residents of her constituency that it was her commitment to delivering on her plans to grow the local economy, protect the people and create more jobs.
Constituency 2 candidate Nubin Greaux said they were the first representatives to live here. I created jobs, ran football clubs, and worked hard to sustain peace here.
From constituency 3, Akilah Byron-Nisbett reminded the residents of her constituency that they had elected her only two years ago for a tenure of five years, trusting her to deliver a secure future for the people of her community.
The candidate from Constituency 4, Kendale Liburd, said that the people of her constituency deserved a candidate who would deliver a secure future for the community.
Stachio Williams from Constituency 5 said that he has a vision for a secure future and has signed this contract with the people of constituency 5 to keep his word.
The candidate from Constituency 6, Marc Williams, said that the community has had the wrong representation for a long time and that they can not afford misrepresentation for another five years
From Constituency 7, PLP, Dr Timothy Harris has filed his nomination. The candidate from Constituency 8, Andrew Tablo Bass made a promise to deliver on his plans for constituency 8
These “contracts of the candidates of People’s Labour Party (PLP),” true to the political party’s tagline for the upcoming general elections, promise to provide the people of St Kitts and Nevis with a secure future and urge the residents of the twin island federation to vote for them in the upcoming elections.
