The Police Force of Kitts and Nevis has arrested a 64-year-old man in connection with the missing persons case for 15-year-old Janelika Romney of New Guinea. The girl has been missing for more than a week.
The young teen was last seen in New Guinea area on Monday, June 16. Janelika Romney was wearing her school uniform. These details have been shared by the Royal St Christopher and Nevis on Thursday through their social media.
The Violent Crime Unit of the Police Force has arrested and charged Selwyn Pringle, also known by the name of “Judge,” in connection with this case. The officials have shared that they had been investigating the incident and had reason to believe that the teen was in contact with family or friends.
However, since they have found the 64-year-old, the police has increased their efforts to find and trace Janelika Romney . The Police force has shared tha they are still no able to trace the whereabouts of the teen.
The sudden disappearance of the 15-year-old has been under limelight ever since the disappearance. Ever since the girl went missing, the community is gathered together in support of the family who have been looking for the child for several days.
