St Kitts Music Festival has started with the people of the island nation finding themselves at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium to enjoy the performances of their favorite artists live. The opportunity to see some of the artists on the lineup for this year’s St Kitts Music Festival is once in a lifetime.
Scores and scores of people are making their way to the venue grounds, transformed for the St Kitts Music Festival. In light of all this, the law enforcement organizations of St Kitts and Nevis, as well as leaders and Ministers in the National government are issuing advisory to remain safe and calm.
The organization has shared that it is the responsibility of the festival goers to make the St Kitts Music Festival a safe and happy experience. The music festival, which has been a very important part of the country’s summer events itinerary, generates quite a buzz with the visitors.
With hundreds of fans convened in the island for three evenings of music and fun, safety is a cause of concern. The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police’ Force has issued an alert to use the roads safely before and after the music festivities.
The music festival is a place to unwind and enjoy but the safety of people is also important in this regard which is why, under the sustainable road safety project, St Kitts and Nevis leadership and RSCNPF have urged people to:
- Not drink and drive
- Not drive under influence
- Appoint a designated driver in the event that the party is unable to drive due to being under influence.
The leadership of St Kitts and Nevis has called on the people to make the festival experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. The Ministers and other officials have shared that they are hoping to see a peaceful and sans St Kitts Music Festival being staged in the country.
Several international and regional artists are performing at the 2025 Music Festival. The lineup also includes 11 homegrown acts.
