Desnarine Hanley won the Miss St Kitts and Nevis queen pageant, which was hosted on 28 December 2023 at Warner Park Cricket Stadium.
The new Miss St Kitts and Nevis Queen didn’t only pack the title, but she won with an impressive 916 points; she earned the crown and a full $108,000 4-year Scholarship from Southern University to pursue a program of her choice.
Recapturing the event
The St Kitts & Nevis National Carnival Committee announced two hosts for the show. The host of the show was featured internally, as well as the local host.
The first host who was announced for the show was Nicole Gumbs. Nicole was described as someone who had an interest in the show as she was crowned with composure and elegance, dazzled on the pageant circuit, winning multiple championships and winning over hearts with her beautiful appeal.
Kris Adrian Liburd replaced the Jamaican content creator and reality series host Rushane ‘RushCam’ Campbell, originally slated to co-host, was not able to join due to a family emergency. Kris Liburd will take the stage alongside another homegrown talent to create an unforgettable pageant experience.

The social media is filled with fans congratulating Desnarine Hanley for being crowned the new Queen and especially for winning a scholarship opportunity.
A user by the name of Diana Williams took to social media and expressed gratitude to all the people who helped Desnarine Hanley in her journey to being the Queen.
