13 exemplary nationalities of St Kitts and Nevis were awarded the 2023 National Honours Awards for their notable contribution to the development of the Federation. At Government House, the awards were presented at an Investiture Ceremony held through Governor-General Dame Marcella Liburd on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
This year’s recipients of the Companion of the Star of Merit, who were first honoured on National Heroes Day on September 16, 2023, embody Daniel Arthurton, Ima Stanley, Ian Queeley, Carmen Ward, Ingrid Berridge Prisca Hyligar, Dr Osbert Liburd, Corporate Business, and Diplomacy Cynthia Williams, Mitchell Slader, Avril Noel Peter Jenkins Eldora Samuel and Rubie Taylor.
