Culturama 52, the highly anticipated summer carnival event of the island of Nevis has concluded successfully. The organisers of the Culturama 52 have thanked their sponsors and supporters for making the 2026 edition of the event successful.
The Culturama organisers congratulated all the participants and performers for their work in the field. The event started on July 24, 2026 and concluded on August 4, 2026.
The organisers took to their social media to share a message of gratitude for all the partners and supporters. The organisation also thanked the people of the community who were engaged in making the project easier
The 52nd edition of the summer carnival was hosted under the theme: “Our Heritage Proud and True: It’s Culturama 52.” The theme highlights the role played by the event in celebrating the culture and history of Nevis.
The festival organisers said that “Together, we celebrated our heritage and showcased the very best of Nevis.”
The organisers thanked the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force, emergency responders, healthcare professionals, sanitation teams.
The event highlighted the talent and hardwork of the participants of the various events which were hosted as a part of the Culturama festival. The event has been one of the most popular summer events which has historically brought a large influx of visitors to the island. In addition to celebrating the people of Nevis for their traditions, culture and heritage, the summer carnival also brings a hoard of opportunities to the island aided by increased arrivals and economic activity during the hosting of the event on the island nation.
The Culturama organisers have also announced the dates for the 53rd edition of the event and the preparations for the next year have also started. Next year, the Culturama Festival will start on July 23, 2027 and end on August 3, 2027.
The organisers have said that the event for next year will be even grander and will showcase the very best of Nevis to the world.
The theme for the festival will be selected in the next year.
