The prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, is attending the 44th edition of the Meeting of the Conference of CARICOM Heads of Government, which will be held from Wednesday, February 15, 2023, to Friday, February 17, 2023. The Prime Minister took to his social media account to share an update on the trip to the bahamas.

According to Dr Terrance Drew’s update, the team of St Kitts and Nevis representatives arrived in the Bahamas safely this morning (February 15). They stopped at the American Airlines Admiral Club VIP Lounge, Nassau Bahamas. While at the lounge, the prime Minister and his team met with several Ministers of Government from Bahamas who are attending the conference and other Caribbean Heads of Government.

After the Meeting with the various government representatives, Dr Terrance Drew and his team travelled to the 44th edition of the Meeting of the Conference of CARICOM Heads of Government.

The Meeting, which will be held from February 15-17 will be presided over by the Prime Minister of the Bahamas, Phillip Davis. During the 44th Meeting of the Conference of CARICOM Heads of Government, which will be hosted for three days of the week, the heads of governments, including Dr Terrance Drew, will discuss several pertinent matters of regional importance. Dr Drew believes the discussions during the week will positively impact St Kitts and Nevis.

Meanwhile, Dr Terrance Drew shared that during this Meeting, he will travel with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Denzil Douglas, Permanent Secretary in the office of the Prime Minister, Naeemah Hazelle, Kaye Bass, Permanent Secretary () in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ; Ambassador Larry Vaughan, Head of the RIDU Regional Integration and Diaspora Unit in the Prime Minister’s Office, Adelcia Connor-Ferlance, Press Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister and Dillion Edmeade, Personal Assistant to the Prime Minister.
