The World’s Biggest floating book fair, Logos Hope has docked at Port Zante in St Kitts. The ship arrived at the port of St Kitts on October 30 and will be staying on the shores of the island till November 4. The governor general of St Kitts and Nevis has shared that she welcomed the ship on the shores of the island with a small welcome ceremony.

During said welcome ceremony, which was hosted on Thursday, was also attended by several officials from the Logos Hope Cruise Ships. The captain and staff of the cruise ship were present at the welcome ceremony.

The Governor General of St Kitts and Nevis Dame Marcella Liburd took the opportunity to invite the people of the island to visit the cruise ship. The ship was launched in the year 1970 and registered in Malta.

The cruise ship is one of its kind and has been giving people from across the globe to experience the island. The ship has so far visited more than 83 countries in the last five and half decades.

In the course of the next week, students from all over St Kitts and Nevis will be visiting the cruise. The cruise ship has a crew of 350 persons  who have come from more than 65 countries.

The officials have shared that the people of the island can visit the cruise anytime till November 4. The students from schools across the nation will be visiting the ship throughout its stay at the island nation.

During its sailing lifetime, Logos Hope has seen 50 Million Visitors come on board the ship and explore the large variety of books that it offers. This unique cruise has been seen in Dominica, Saint Lucia and several other island nations over the last few years.

Through the book fair, hundreds of children and youngsters have had the once in a lifetime experience.
