Sweet Sister Sensia of Michelle Stokes has announced an entertainment show featuring music and dance. The show is titled Altitude. The announcement comes days after the death of her father and national inspiration in terms of music, Michael “Mick Stokes” Heylinger. As the daughter of the renowned musician, the DJ and musical personality shared that the show is her way of honouring her father’s memory.
Altitude will feature several local talents who will add to the show’s prominence on Saturday, July 22, 2023. The lineup of the artists includes DJ TERO, XTORTION, DEJOUR, AKAIIUSWEET, STREET VYBZ SOUNDS, REAL RIGHT ENT, HELL FIRE INT’L, DANGLEZ, NU VYBES BAND INT’L.
According to the lineup mentioned above, the artists will perform on Saturday, July 22, at the most renowned and sought-after venue on the island, Aqua Lounge, after 9:00 PM. The show is a tribute to the father of Sweet sister sensia, who died on Monday, July 3, 2023, after struggling with illness for some time.
Mick Stokes was one of the country’s most renowned, respected and revered artists, drummers and musicians in the federation. He was one of the most artistically gifted people in the federation, and his gifts extended to his daughter who took up the responsibility carry her father’s legacy forward.
Michelle Stokes, or Sweet Sister Sensia is hosting the event in honor of her father’s memory. This is apparent from the fact that the announcement poster of the Altitude show also bore the words: “Fly High Dad.
Taking to her social media account, Sweet Sister Sensia shared that (her father) always reminded me as to why I have to keep doing me and that’s exactly what I’m going to do be me and enjoy every moment of it with the little time we have left in this life and take care my family.
