The Leeward Island Cricket Board (LICB) Women’s Tournament starts on Friday, April 21, 2023. During the event, the states of Leeward Island, St Kitts, Nevis and Antigua will play against one another. The Director of the Sports department in Nevis, Giovanni Claxton, took to his social media to share his best wishes with the competing team of Nevis.
At the same time, Giovanni Claxton took the opportunity to urge the people to support the team. He wrote on his social media account that he wants to encourage “one and all” to go out and support the Nevis team when they get the chance. He believes that the team of Nevis would appreciate the support of the home crowd.
