Minister of Agriculture Samal Duggins wished the people of St Kitts and Nevis a very Happy New Year while reflecting on the year’s progress via his Facebook post.
He shared his gratitude and pride on all the achievements, growth, resilience and impact across the Ministries of Sports and the Creative Economy, Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources, Small Business, Entrepreneurship, and Cooperatives.
Minister Duggins also gave credit to the dedication of permanent secretaries, directors, and staff within the ministries and departments, who worked hard, gave innovative ideas, becoming the driving force behind all their achievements.
Samal Duggins also shared that their achievements from empowering their athletes, to ensuring food security, encourage entrepreneurship, and building sustainable cooperatives, will not only benefit the present generation but also the future ones.
Minister Samal Duggins appreciated everyone for their support throughout the year, hoping to work this New Year with purpose and passion.
