A Manchester man has been charged a second time in relation to an offence of larceny.
It is noteworthy that he was in custody on charges under the Larceny Act.
The man is named Orel Vernal, he also known as ‘Picky Head’, he is a higgler of Grove Road in Mandeville.
Orel has been charged with larceny and burglary.
Reports from the Mandeville police said that at about 1:40 am,
Vernal allegedly broke into the house of a woman house and stole a sum of cash and jewellery.
Vernal escaped from the scene, but he was later arrested for another offence.
While in custody, forensic evidence linked him to the crime, and he was again charged on Thursday, July 23.
Vernal will appear in the court to answer to the additional charges on a later date.
