The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew hosted a series of meetings with several international representatives. All the meetings were hosted ahead of the country’s Independence Day.
The officials have shared that the aim of the meetings was to improve the relationship of St Kitts and Nevis with the rest of the world. The Prime Minister received these courtesy calls to the Government headquarters on August 18.
The aim of the meeting was to interact with all the international partners to discuss the future of their collaborations with the rest of the world. During these meetings, Dr Terrance Drew discussed the issues of collaboration between the nations across the globe.
During his meeting with the Charge D’Affairs of United States of America, Mrs. Karin Sullivan, the Prime Minister discussed the importance of the close relationship between the two nations. Prime Minister highlighted that his meeting with Mrs Sullivan was frank and productive.
They were able to discuss several issues of importance for the continued prosperity of both the nation. This meeting, hosted so close to the Independence Day celebration of St kitts and Nevis leadership was proof that St Kitts and Nevis enjoys strong and healthy ties with the rest of the world.
The St Kitts and Nevis Information Service shared some images from the meeting between Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew and Mrs Sullivan. These images reaffirmed the commitment of the country to improving their ties with the rest of the world.
The meetings are also proof that the administration is taking the welfare of the country to the international stage and advocating for the rights of the citizens of St Kitts and Nevis. The representation of St Kitts and Nevis on the international stage is equally as important as the work done inside the country.
