St. Kitts and Nevis prime minister Dr. Timothy Harris is scheduled to meet with residents in Anguilla today.
The visit is planned as an opportunity to assess the current situation in Anguilla after Hurricane Irma’s impact last week.
Dr. Harris is a member of the OECS Monetary Council’s delegation who are currently visiting the island to assess damage and offer support.
A second group from the OECS Monetary Council, led my the St. Kitts and Nevis minister of foreign affairs Mr. Mark Brantley, will travel to Anguilla and St. Martin on September 14, to assess the needs of nationals living on those islands.
