The Ministry of Tourism has convened a stakeholder meeting with the representatives of the various organizations which form part of the tourism sector. The meeting was led by the Ministry of Tourism, Marsha Henderson as the sector prepares for the 2025-2026 tourism season.
The Minister of Tourism spoke to the assembled stakeholders and members of the community. They discussed their plans and goals for the upcoming season, which highlights the sector’s dedication to work towards constant betterment.
The stakeholder meeting was hosted right ahead of the beginning of the tourists season for the country. The meeting was a forum for all the members of the community to come together and start discussions.
During the meetings, the stakeholders of this sector get the opportunity to make sure that their concerns are addressed. As the tourism season comes close to beginning, the Tourism stakeholders are making diligent efforts to increase the interest of the people in visiting the island.
The attending stakeholders shared updates and ideas which can help in improving the St Kitts and Nevis product for the travellers. The stakeholders have shared that they also discussed priority initiatives.
The officers will deliberate and collaborate on strategies which will be helpful in improving the tourism capacity of St Kitts and Nevis. The leaders have shared that this is important for the people of the country.
