St kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment has become one of the most sought after progaramme among international investors across the world. This is in part due to the hardwork and dedication of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). The head of the Unit, Michael Martin has taken several steps to enhance and uplift the progarmme.

Martin and his team at the Citizenship by Investment Unit have pledged to constantly uphold the platinum standard of the programme. Working on this mandate, St Kitts and Nevis has become the first Caribbean nation to double their minimum investment programme.

The Contribution amounts are aimed at ensuring the platinum standard of the programme remains intact.

The increase in the minimum investment prices was one of the guidelines that the authorities of United States and European Union have laid down for the CBI Nations of the Caribbean. The other guidelines aimed at enhancing the security of the programme, include strengthening of the Due diligence and vetting of the applicants.

St Kitts and Nevis CIU takes this aspect of their application process extremely seriously as they have enlisted the services of industry experts from across the globe to conduct thorough background, financial and other checks on the prospective clients.

Only the applicants with a prestine background and financial history can get access to the Citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis. To add to the safety and security of the programme, the CIU has also instituted mandatory interviews for applicants over the age of 16.

Being the front runner of the investment migration industry, St Kitts and Nevis has set an example for its successors by implementing many guidelines of the US and EU authorities

Under the leadership of Martin, St Kitts and Nevis CIU has transformed the oldest and longest running CBI Programme in the world for the better. The country is one of the first nations to offer Citizenship to HNWIs across the globe.

The programme has been one of the most sought after and trustworthy programmes in the Investment Migration Industry. For the last forty years, it has been catering to the needs of the international investors.

The CIU has been dedicated making sure that the programme is aligned to the needs of the HNWIs. The administration understands the significant role that the programme has played in the economic prosperity of the country.

The funds generated through the programme are utilized in developmental avenues, including construction of schools, hospitals and other infrastructures. The funds of the CBI Programme also help the country in reducing their dependency on foreign aid for survival.
