St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party is hosting a number of activities for the labour day celebration on May 1, 2023. On Friday, April 28, 2023, the team attended the Chill Out session with the members of Constituency Number Three. Minister Konris Maynard, the parliamentary representative of the Constituency, hosted the event for the members of his Constituency. All the St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party members will attend the event.
The Prime Minister of the country, Terrance Drew, took to his social media to invite all the people to the chill-out Friday event. The event occurred in the constituency office of Millionaire Street and was attended by several constituents and politicians. The event featured good food, music and enjoyment for the people of the Constituency.
The Minister and Parliamentary representative of Constituency 3, Konris Maynard, took to his social media to share some glimpses from the event. He noted that the people of his Constituency are enjoying and chilling at the constituency office on Millionaire Street.
The event started from 4:00 PM on Friday, April 28 and went on for several hours. During the event, Minister Konris Maynard got the opportunity to interact with the members of his Constituency and inform them about the various initiatives that they have taken up for the development of these communities.
St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party is the oldest party and labour movement in the English-speaking Caribbean. Accordingly, the St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party team has arranged a full schedule for the celebration. The St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party team arranged Pre labour meetings for Constituencies 1, 4, 6, 7 and 8. Meanwhile, parliamentary representatives of Constituency 2 and Constituency 3 hosted chill-out Friday sessions for the people of their constituencies.
The Prime Minister believes that the labour day is an important ocassion for his political party because the SKNLP is responsible for bringing about several positive changes in the country through various initiatives.
