The Deputy Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Geoffrey Hanley, has invited all the faith-based leaders operating in St Kitts and Nevis to attend a meeting on Wednesday. The Deputy Prime Minister is also responsible for the ministries of the Minister of Education; Youth Empowerment; Social Development, Gender Affairs, Aging and Disabilities; Ecclesiastical and Faith-based Affairs; Housing & Human Settlement called for the meetinng through his social media account.
He called on the faith-based leaders to join him at the meeting on Wednesday, January 25, 2022. The Deputy Prime Minister took to his social media to share that it was an extremely important meeting for all the faith-based leaders in St Kitts and Nevis.
They will interact with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Faith-based affairs regarding the issues and grievances that the leaders face with their respective institutions. During his first visit to the ministry, Dr Geoffrey Hanley Committed to “Taking the ministry to the next level.”
Dr Geoffrey Hanley is hosting his first interaction with the faith-based leaders. In this meeting, Dr Hanley committed to addressing all the issues of the various faith-based leaders. He noted that he was looking forward to meeting the leaders and interacting with them about several things of importance.
The meeting is scheduled at 10:00 AM at the people’s evangelistic centre in Needsmust. The theme of the conference is “Let’s reason together.” Dr Geoffrey Hanley is planning to host the interaction to promote inclusivity among all faiths in St Kitts and Nevis. Dr Hanley hopes to communicate with all the leaders through the meeting and become aware of their concerns and issues.
