Minister of Education in the government of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Geoffrey Hanley, who also handles the responsibility for the ministry of education, recently attended the CFBC Entrepreneurship Course Business Week. The students of Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College, aided by the members of the faculty of the Entrepreneurship course, hosted the event to showcase the creativity of the young students participating in the entrepreneurship course at the College.
The Minister of Education, Dr Geoffrey Hanley, shared several images on his social media providing significant insight into the event, aimed to promote the creativity and imagination of the students involved in the project. Dr Hanley noted that the initiative by the members of the CFBC Entrepreneurship Course made him very impressed. He also shared that the event also encouraged him regarding the bright future of the federation students.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis shared some images of the event where students and attendants were engaging with one another for the sale and creation of several products. The students developed their entrepreneurial skills through the event. The attendants staged their stalls on the grounds of the CFBC and engaged in the sale of their innovative creations.
Minister Geoffrey Hanley expressed that Entrepreneurship Course featured several students engaged in creating products for sale and displayed their innovation at work. According to the Minister of Education, They all proved how intelligent and visionary they were, even with the challenges they faced during the week.
Dr Hanley’s daughter, Naphtalya, who is also a student of the CFBC and participated in the week of activities, presented her father, the Minister of Education, with a gift bag from her stall. He congratulated her and the students for participating in this excellent program and encouraged them to grow from the experience and continue the excellent work. Dr Geoffrey Hanley visited and inspected several stalls at the event and interacted with the students about their experience during the exercise.
