St Kitts Education Ministry shares about RUSVM Science Lab Model Contest.

St Kitts and Nevis: The Ministry of Education has shared about the announcement of the RUSVM Science Lab Model Contest and invited all the primary and secondary schools in St Kitts and Nevis to participate in the contest.

The Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (RUSVM) is hosting a Science Lab Model Contest and made an announcement for the participants through their official social media.

The RUSVM has excitedly extended an invitation to all primary and high schools in St Kitts and Nevis to participate in the Science Lab Model Contest.

The Registration has already begun on September 4, 2024 and the deadline for the registration is September 30th, 2024. The last date for the lab model submission has also been revealed. The Submission Deadline is December 13th, 2024.

The organising authority has also laid certain ways on how to enter the contest.

To participate, first the interested students should register their school and sign up with the team of four students and one teacher at the labmodelcontest by the given deadline.

The second step is to create a design of a science lab model that represents a specific type of lab, such as chemistry, biology, physics.

The final step is to submit the entry you have created. The authority stated that the team should upload two photographs of the model, both side and aerial view. With the pictures, there should also be a 500-word description that outlines the lab’s purpose, features, and functionality.

Notably, amazing prizes for the winning teams and for teachers, including the gift certificates for school supplies and special awards for creativity and sustainability.

The RUSVM noted to not to miss out on this opportunity and to inspire innovation and celebrate scientific curiosity within the community. All the participants will also have their projects featured on the RUSVM Lab Week Facebook page and will be displayed at the Project Display Fair.

Significantly, the Project Display Fair and Awards Ceremony is scheduled for the Week of April (20th-26th) in 2025.
