St Kitts and Nevis: The Citizenship by Investment Unit of St Kitts and Nevis has recorded an increase of 169% in the CBI applications since its transition into statutory body in late 2024. In the final quarter of the year from October to December, the unit has seen an upward trend in the number of applications, compared to the previous nine months.
The substantial growth has marked an ideal destination for investment as several steps including the transformation of the government entity into a statutory body. The strategic initiatives have made the unit enhance the integrity, transparency and global approach of the CBI Programme of St Kitts and Nevis.
With the growth, the leadership of Executive Chairman Calvin St Juste has been lauded as he took several steps with his strategic management. The reviewing of over 1000 new applications and successful transformation of the government entity body into a corporate-led model has contributed effectively to the growth of the unit.
In order to streamline and enhance the operations of the unit, Calvin St Juste announced six core business principles which has further cemented its position at the global investment migration industry.

Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew has worked to improve the functioning of the CBI Unit, attracting high-net-worth individuals from across the globe. His innovative approach has enhanced the reputation with a role in advancing the nation’s development goals.

In addition to that, the global tour of the Chairman has enhanced the trust and the reputation of the CBI Programme of St Kitts and Nevis. He worked to enhance transparency and efficiency and promote the “first and finest” approach of the CBI Programme in the industry.
