The St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) under Calvin St Juste, has achieved 30 massive accomplishments within its first 30 days as a statutory department.

Attaining this milestone shows the launch of a new chapter for the unit that is dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient Citizenship by Investment (CBI) experience while preserving the integrity of the world’s first and foremost program.

A Transformative First Month

The first month of work has been characterized by the Chairman St Juste as activity and valuable results. Every day witnessed an exciting step designed to improve business operations, information exchange, and provide stakeholders with extraordinary service.

Some of these achievements include formation of communication division, formation of task force which deals with application backlog cases, job description of responding within the very next 24 hours, and conducting face to face meets with stakeholders in Asia and Middle East.

The Chairman also recognized the commitment of CIU to embrace innovation, relevance and meaningfulness. “Our vision is to steer this unit with a vision that beholds the value that St Kitts and Nevis represents,” he added.

Clearing Backlogs for Efficiency

Clearing backlogs for efficiency involves a comprehensive approach that seeks to address all hitches in various level of delivery in order to optimize the timetables.

There is a specialized task force charged with the responsibility of processing all the impending applications. They give this initiative primary importance as it is key to satisfying the customer and making the application process easier.

The task force has been given different approaches with regard to application status.

All complete applications are forwarded to the Federal Cabinet for consideration whereas those with outdated information or those missing some few details trigger an immediate follow up with the applicant or his/her agent.

This approach also makes certain that the work is done efficiently and to the earliest possible time.

Chairman St Juste also reiterated the importance of the current endeavors of the team, which, he said, has tremendously enhanced the experience alike for both the agents and applicants.

Enhanced Responsiveness with 24-Hour Service

To enhance the quality of the customer service, the CIU has set the standard of response time to 24 hours. This benchmark simply reveals the unit’s awareness of transparency and impactful communication.

Newly established communications division is instrumental in achievement of this change. As a separate division, it addresses the stakeholders with accurate information, while continually communicating between the CIU division and its partners around the world.

This emphasis on precocious communication is useful for fulfilling the unit’s objectives of providing reliability and efficiency benchmarks for the industry.

Engaging Global Stakeholders

In the current financial year, CIU has established more physical meetings with agents and promoters across the Asia and Middle Eastern regions. These interactions are meant to build and maintain the engagements, where necessary, and trust within the international network of stakeholders.

This stakeholders’ engagement initiatives demonstrate that CIU cares about the delivery of a premium CBI learning experience. In the execution of its functions, the unit makes itself open and encourages teamwork, which will place it at vantage point in the international citizenship business.

St Kitts and Nevis: First and Finest CBI Programme

The CBI programme of St Kitts and Nevis was pioneered in 1984, and this retains the best model as the oldest programme. It remains to be a magnet for wise money looking for safety, portability, and prosperity.

The Chairman St Juste emphasized on the notion that the funds mobilized by the programme are, in many of cases, initiated by the communities and these investments make the quality of life of citizens better and lead to improved standards of living in the country.

The structure of the program is aimed at the success for businessmen and corporations that need stability and growth, expecting lifetime benefits for someone who invest in the programme and their family.

The chairman also pointed to their capacity in responding to the new global market needs and said that the programme still had an added advantage of producing quality results.

“Investors get politically stable and economically sound environment and hence such a programme,” he said.

Building on Success

Having laid good footing in the first 30 days since its enactment, CIU is likely to record more milestones as a statutory body. The unit remains poised to enhance the delivery of more services, tighten its stake holder relations, and solidify its position of a world class CBI service provider.

Focusing on innovation and excellent performance, the Chairman of CIU, St Juste, restated the CIU’s goals. The changes in force within the educational context go beyond mere programme, attractive implementation while also promote sustainable positive effects on the nation.

By working diligently, being completely open and promoting cooperation, CIU of St Kitts and Nevis now delivers standards to the rest of the global citizenship industries, thus solidifying its position as the premier First and Best choice worldwide.
