St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival Committee (SKNNCC) is hosting the National Carnival Queen Pageant on December 28, 2022. Ahead of the staging of what is supposed to be the National Carnival Queen Pageant. The SKNNCC has shared a series of posts featuring the five contestants of the Pageant.
Through these posts, St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival Committee urged the people of St Kitts and Nevis to vote for their favourite contestant through social media. The Pageant in question is being contended by five women across the island.
The event was hosted at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium in St Kitts on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. To build further anticipation for the event, St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival Committee (SKNNCC) also shared tributary videos for the past winners of the Carnival Queen title from the 1950s to 2021.
The videos had the faces and names of all the Pageant Winners for every year since the Carnival celebrations started in St Kitts and Nevis.
The Former holder of the title of National Carnival Queen, Kahnein Blanchette, will crown the new Carnival Queen and her runner-up for the tenure of 2022-23.
