It won’t be very long before Redi-Fried Chicken is serving the people again.
According to a relative of the owner, “Red-Fried Chicken is out of commission. Hopefully for not very long.”
The person said the fire mid-morning last Thursday was contained to the kitchen area.
“Four fryers, the extractor fan and transformers were lost in the fire,” the person disclosed.
Fire chief Everette O’garro said the cause of the fire might have been grease-related.
