The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, shares some glimpses of the preparation of the playing field in the Upper Cayon Community in the government of St Kitts and Nevis. He took the opportunity to assert that the government has been working diligently to meet the expectations of the country’s people.
According to the Prime Minister, Dr Terrance Drew the residents of the Upper Cayon Community in St Kitts and Nevis have been asking for a playing field for several years. Now the government has started the work on delivering the playing field to the people. The government has teamed up with contractors to start the work on providing the community with the playing field.
Adding the playing field in the community will prove beneficial towards uplifting the country’s sports infrastructure. The playing field will further be helpful for the community in hosting various sporting events, including cricket and football matches. The government led by Dr Terrance Drew has introduced several positive changes for the multiple communities in the country.
Accordingly, they have started cleaning and preparing for the community playing field. Regarding the development, Dr Terrance Drew wrote that after years of pleading for a playfield in Upper Cayon, progress and positive changes are coming, and the community is finally getting its prayers answered. Meanwhile, he shared a video shot on the site of the playing field.
The Minister of Sports and the Creative Economy, Samal Duggins, has also joined The Prime Minister in sharing the update on his social media. In his update, he applauded the efforts of St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party (SKNLP)-led administration. He asserted that the government is hard at work, fulfilling its promises and mandates for the country’s development.
