The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, recently featured in the Mothers Day Gala organized by the New York-based Kittitians & Nevisians Association (KANA). Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis was invited to the Mothers day event as the Guest Speaker at the 20th Annual Mother’s Day Gala.
The Kittitians & Nevisians Association based in New York arranged the event under the patronage of Dr Terrance Drew, the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis. Eastwood Manor, 3371 Eastchester Road in the Bronx, 10469, served as the venue for the event, which started from 5 PM to 10 PM. The Prime Minister will get the opportunity to pay his tribute to all the mothers of St Kitts and Nevis, who are currently living in London.
The sources have revealed that the gala consisted of a cocktail hour before the dinner of the gala event. The Prime Minister, Dr Terrance Drew was entrusted with the responsibility of honouring the three most deserving mother during the gala. The Prime Minister travelled to the event on Saturday, May 13, 2023. He celebrated the contributions made by the mothers in various aspects of life, through the event.
DJ Delbert & Band provided entertainment to the guests and mothers who were present at the 20th Annual Mothers Day Gala. Da Flame ho is a singer, DJ, writer, and composer was invited to the event as a special guest. Meanwhile, Clytia Manning served as the mistress of the ceremony. She is an author, dedicated educator, and children’s advocate. Manning taught at the Verchilds High School and the Sandy Point High School. Currently, the school is renamed the Charles E Mills Secondary School.
Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew is currently in New York, where he will interact with the members of the diaspora of St Kitts and Nevis. The meeting will be held on Monday, May 3, 2023.
