The Communications Specialist will support the undertaking of the OECS Commission’s Communication Strategy and unit and the development and performance of specific unit and project Communication plans.
The Communications Specialist will develop OECS content for
international targeting various audiences on :
- regional
- national channels
- media
- radio
- television
- online,
A Communications Specialist will work closely with individual units and projects, the graphics artist, and the Multimedia.
The candidates should Support the development and implementation of the Communications Unit’s Annual Work Plan.
Communications Specialists should develop strategic press briefings and organize media conferences.
Communications Specialists will carry out the following duties related to the
- design
- production
- distribution
- dissemination of communications and public awareness
- knowledge products
- materials associated

Qualification and skills
