Process Manager

Change Manager
Role: develop and execute a change management strategy for digital transformation programs. The part involves managing change impacts, communications, organizational readiness, and change as core components of digital transformation.
The change manager will work closely with workstreams, monitor change, perform potential change impact assessments, manage cultural and organizational change activities, manage resistance to change, identify and manage change impacts, develop change communications, and facilitate difficult messages.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, and certifications in change management.
The salary ranges from K39 to K41 per annum. The deadline for applications is December 27th, 2023.
Programme Manager
Job description: coordinate programme planning and development for the Whole of Government Technology Strategy.
The role involves working with service area leaders to identify priorities, minimize duplicative work, and accelerate stronger integration across business units.
The Programme Manager will collaborate with service and department leaders to design and embed common portfolio governance processes, tools, and reporting requirements. They will also manage programme plans, dependencies, risks, and issues and coordinate corrective actions.
The role requires a good understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership qualities, a clear vision for the organization’s future, strong strategic thinking, and strong financial and budget management principles.
The salary ranges from K39 to K41 (76,068 – $83,292) per annum, and the deadline for applications is December 27th, 2023.
