The General elections of St Kitts and Nevis are just around the corner, with just four days left for what has been dubbed by many of the country’s political parties as “Freedom Day”. St Kitts and Nevis is gearing up for a historic election day.

In light of the same, the leader of the Concerned Citizens Movement, Premier Mark Brentley, posted a special message on the official Facebook account of The Concerned Citizens Movement, addressing the citizens of St Kitts and Nevis, stressing the importance that the upcoming election day holds in the history of St Kitts and Nevis.

He stated that the citizens must find themselves at a critical crossroads ahead of the upcoming general elections and urged them to make the right choice in this situation.

His Facebook post stated, “We find ourselves now at a critical crossroads where we must choose light over darkness, love over hate, togetherness over division.”

He insisted that St Kitts and Nevis needs the governance of the People’s Action Movement (PAM) and The Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM) so that there may be a restoration of decency and good governance in the twin island federation. In his Facebook post, he wrote, “the only team that offers that elixir of hope to our people is the one movement of #CCM and #PAM.”

He added, “The people of our beloved Nation are crying out for an end to victimization and nepotism.”. He urged the people to support the candidates of Concerned Citizens and the People’s Action Movement in the upcoming General Elections.

He promised that, following their victory in the country’s general elections, the one movement government of PAM and CCM would work on taking St Kitts and Nevis forward and bring it to a new height of prosperity and development. They would ensure the unity and oneness of purpose across St Kitts and Nevis.

Further, they would ensure the country’s talent can be nurtured and showcased worldwide and return decency and good governance to St Kitts and Nevis.
