Three Cruises including the World’s Largest Cruise, Icon of the Seas, graced the shores of St Kitts and Nevis simultaneously on Tuesday. These cruises arrived at Port Zante, bringing over thousands of visitors worldwide.
The other two cruises were AIDA Luna and Marella Discovery. Meanwhile, Dr Denzil Douglas– the Minister of Foreign Affairs extended his warm welcome and shared some glimpses of their arrival on his official Facebook handle.

Icon of the Seas, the World’s Largest Cruise Ship, AIDA Luna and Marella Discovery,” he noted.
Further, Minister Douglas also commended the Tourism sector and Marsha Henderson for her significant efforts to enhance the nation.
“A well sought after destination…. Thanks to all in the Ministry of Tourism and Minister Marsha St. Kitts Nevis,” he added.
Upon the cruise’s arrival, the passengers had various opportunities to dive into the adventures and explorations of the twin islands and one Paradise, St Kitts and Nevis.
The visitors explored the authenticity of Beautiful Sceneries, Beautiful Beaches and Beautiful People on the island.
It is to be noted that, this was the second cruise call from the Icon of the Seas, which docked at the island on February 27, along with two more cruises. These calls were received as per the Cruise Schedule for February 2024, by the Tourism Authority of St Kitts.
The Icon of the Seas gave its inaugural call for 2024 in St Kitts and Nevis on January 30 and received a warm welcome from the nation and the Government.
The arrival of the fleet of ships in earlier of 2024 has eventually led to a significant boost to the Tourism sector of the nation.
Marsha Henderson, the Minister of Tourism in St Kitts has been consistently working to upgrade the nation and place it among one of the leading destinations for travel among visitors worldwide.
Various community members on social media handle also extended their warm greetings and support to the nation, upon the arrival of these cruises.
