After the murder of 31-year-old attorney in the Northern Parish of St, Ann, the Jamaica police have started an investigation to solve the case.
According to information, an attorney Sasha-Kay Fairclough was driving in the tourist resort town of Ocho Rios with her mother, when some armed men opened fire at her car after pulling up their vehicle alongside her car. The firearm shot hit Fairclough in the upper body and leg, while her mother received bullet injuries in the abdomen.
Sonn after the incident Fairclough was rushed to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries during treatment. Deceased mother was also admitted to hospital with bullet injuries, where she remains in serious condition.
