The report has a chapter titled ‘Black Year 2004’ describing how the economy and the farming sector was shattered because of the closure of the sugar production industry. However, as per the viral report, then Prime Minister Dr Douglas introduced the Sugar Industry Diversification Fund (SIDF) to revive the economy and farming sector.

As no party has officially released the report, the source is yet to be confirmed.

Team Unity assumed the government of St Kitts and Nevis in 2015, and in the report, it has been referred to as the ‘Beginning of Doom of St Kitts and Nevis’. As per this viral report, corruption experienced a significant increase after 2015, and all major sectors started dropping because of lack of new policies and strategies.
