The Nevis Culturama festival, which is one of the most anticipated summer event of the island of Nevis, is inching closer. In its 52nd edition, the carnival event will be running from July 23rd to August 4, 2026. The organizers of the Culturama Festival, in partnering with the Nevis island Administration, announced the names of the Ambassadors who will be participating in the Bank of Nevis Miss Culture Queen Pageant .
Five young ladies from all over the island of Nevis will be competing for the title of Miss Culture Queen. The official announcement and contestant reveal took place at the Pinney’s Beach on May 2, 2026.
The contestants who will be competing during the 2026 edition of the Bank of Nevis Miss Culture Queen Pageant are:
Contestant 1: Cleo Fahie
Contestant 2: Jareecia Browne
Contestant 3: Calida Smithen
Contestant 4: Tarihanna Maynard
Contestant 5: Mia Alexander
The pageant is organized every year and annually, five remarkable women are chosen from across the island of Nevis. These five youngsters proudly represent the communities that they come from and perform at their best capacity to make their community proud.
The pageant is one of the most anticipated events within the calendar of the two week summer Carnival. As such, the contestant reveal was also up to the same standards.
The launch event was attended by the members of the NIA (Nevis Island Administration), Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley, Minister Eric Evelyn and several others.
According to the attendants, the newly announced participants of the pageant are already drawing attention from the people of the island. They also added that the ambience of the launch was undefeatable.
The island is already looking forward to the event and extending support to their favorite contestants. The pageant is already shaping up to be one of the most interesting event within the Culturama Calender.
