St. Kitts and Nevis will get the Miss Labour Queen 2026 on Saturday night May 2, 2026. The pageant will be hosted at SKNLP National Secretariat, Fort Street in Bassterre and the event will start around 7:00 pm.
The St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party organizes the pageant annually as a part of the Labour week celebrations. The pageant which is set to be hosted on Saturday will add to the commemoration of the Labour weekend celebrations. The pageant will see participation from eight beauties from across the island nation, each contestant will represent one of the eight constituencies across the island.
The Contestants name are:
Constituency 1 – Azalea Juman
Constituency 2 – Denlisa Liburd
Constituency 3 – Eushadika Frances
Constituency 4 – Destiny Huggins
Constituency 5 – Raynecia Hodge
Constituency 6 – Dennidra Evelyn
Constituency 7 – Dejhanee Moses
Constituency 8 – Jewel Smith
In the pageant contestants have to perform in 5 segments while making an appearance on the stage at Carnival Village. The 5 segments include Motivational speech, Talent round, Evening wear, Creative wear, and interview round.
According to reports, the winner will be crowned by St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party Political Leader, Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew along with last year Miss Labour Queen 2025, Shakaylia “Star” Tatem.
Moreover, Senior Minister of St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party Denzil Llewellyn Douglas also shared the information related to the pageant on his social media. In the post he shared details of participants and invited the public to join the event and support the contestants.
Additionally, there will be more events which are being scheduled to be held as a part of the political party’s Labour Day commemoration. On Sunday, May 3, St. Kitts and Nevis Trade & Labour Union and SKNLP will participate in Laying Of Wreaths on the graves of fallen stalwarts of the Labour Movement. On Monday May 4, the Labour Day public holiday is observed and a traditional Labour Day March will be held.
The Labour weekend 2026 started on Thursday 23, April 2026 in which pre-labour day public meetings were held in different constituencies of St Kitts and Nevis. The series of meetings started from 23 April at St. Paul’s, Constituency 6 and further meetings were hosted at George Street, Constituency 1 on Sunday, 26 April.
The series was continued and on Tuesday 28, April with an engagement hosted at Constituency 2 office. On Thursday 30, April a final pre Labour Day meeting was hosted at the Conaree Community Centre, Constituency 8.
