The Registration for the 16th Annual Central Basseterre Future Leaders Summer Camp has started. The announcement was made by the organizing committee of the Central Basseterre Labour Branch. The organizing committee is responsible for hosting the summer camp for more than two decades.
As a part of the summer months, the children of Central Basseterre are given the opportunity to work on their self development and create relationships. The children can work on their social skills by inserting themselves in one or the other activities offered by the summer camp. The annual summer camp brings children from across Central Basseterre together for a week of fun and learning.
The summer camp helps the youngsters across the community come together and grow their confidence. They have the chance to make friends and discover their capabilities while working on making themselves better.
The Central Basseterre Labour Branch has announced that they are confident this year’s summer camp will be the best one to be hosted so far. The summer camp will be open for children between the ages of 5 years old to 12 years old. The children will be given the opportunity to interact with their peers and learn valuable lessons as well as life skills.
The Parliamentary Representative for Central Basseterre is hosting the summer camp for the children of the community.
According to the details shared by the Central Basseterre Labour Branch, the activities which the children will engage in include entrepreneurship, tourism, STEM, sports, and a proud closing march through Basseterre.
The summer camp will be held from Monday 27th July to Friday, 31st July at the Gardens Stadium from 9:00 A.M. to 5 P.M. daily.
