NanShan High School Summer Camp continued with the students getting more insights into the culture, traditions and the sustainable island state agenda of St Kitts and Nevis. On Wednesday, the St. Kitts and Nevis students studying in Taiwan, Tyrique Jeffers, Jahmarley Riley, and Ezrah Brandy attended the summer camp.
The St Kitts and Nevis students joined the Ambassador of the country to Taiwan, Donya L. Francis to the summer camp. The embassy has shared several images from the week long summer camp which is highlighting various aspects of St Kitts and Nevis.

Ambassador Francis made presentations on the different types of Music in St. Kitts and Nevis as the Summer Camp at NanShan High School continued. The officials have shared that the students were interested in learning about the culture and history of St Kitts and Nevis
The campers were tasked with the challenge to create Calypso songs on Tuesday and on Wednesday. During the sessions, they engaged in activities such as Public Speaking and Critical Thinking.
The embassy of St Kitts and Nevis in Taiwan has shared that this was a very productive session. The students were able to gain in depth insights about St Kitts and Nevis’s Sustainable Island State Agenda
“This was a wonderful session facilitated by Ezrah Brandy, Leeajah Caesar and Alice Huang. The students debated different topics based on the Sustainable Island State Agenda,” the embassy of St. Kitts and Nevis said.
During the last two days, The group focused on “Investing in Geothermal Energy is the best way for St. Kitts and Nevis to achieve energy independence by 2030” and “St. Kitts and Nevis should prioritize building its climate resilience above all national priorities.”
The Embassy said it was “really impressed by the students’ involvement and their ability to create debates on the topics.”
Thursday’s topic will look at ways that “Taiwan Can Help.” St Kitts and nevis and shed light on the nations’ four decades of friendship and partnership
