With its pristine beaches, stability of government, friendly communities, and breath-taking beauty, it is perfect for HNWIs looking for a peaceful home for their family
Changing Priorities of the HNWIs
Today, the priorities of the HNWIs are vastly different from what they were in the past. Before making any concrete investments, investors consider aspects like accountability, political stability and absence of violence, and rule of law and more to make sure the nation is the right fit for them
Today’s investors are not only looking for a nation where their investments will bear fruitful returns. They want to invest in a country where they can migrate, settle down and raise their families.
As such, stability and growth opportunities greatly influence investment decisions for the global investors. The feat of outshining United States of America and United Arab Emirates in the global index should be seen as major achievement for the island nation
