Wonder of the Seas docked on Port Zante on Thursday with 6,607 passengers disembarking at the shores of St Kitts and Nevis. The officials have shared that the cruise call was scheduled and highlights the strength of the partnerships between the cruise lines and St Kitts and Nevis.

The officials have shared that the cruise call was beneficial for the tourism stakeholders of St Kitts and Nevis. The cruise graced the shores of St Kitts outside of the traditional cruise season, bringing with itself a boost for businesses across the island.

With catering to over 6,600 passengers, the day was simultaneously an adventure and extremely hectic for the tourism workers. The taxi drivers, tour operators, vendors, restaurant owners and more were delighted to receive such an influx of tourists and tourism stakeholders.

The tourism stakeholders have confirmed that the members of the community were able to give the passengers a warm welcome into St Kitts and Nevis hospitality. Several passengers came down to explore the island and experience its culture, food and vibes.

As usual, the tour guides and taxi operators had their hands full on the day of the cruise arrival. Several people took guided tours to popular locations across St Kitts and Nevis. The officials have shared that destinations like the Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park.

The officials have shared that people also visited Black Rocks, Romney Manor and Caribelle Batik. The beaches across St Kitts also saw significant activity as a result of the cruise call.

The passengers were seen sunbathing and visiting the beaches and indulging in the delicious food of St Kitts and Nevis. The people also experienced some of the sailing and snorkeling activities which are also an important part of the country’s tourism offering.

This is the second time that Wonder of the Seas has visited St Kitts and Nevis this summer. The first visit of the cruise ship to the island during the summer months of 2025 was on Juky 29.

The next scheduled visit of the ship to St Kitts will be on October 23.
