Sonic the Hedgehog 3 hit the theatres on Friday, December 20, 2024, is based on the sonic video game series by Sega.
The movie is directed by Jeff Fowler with Ben Schwartz voicing Sonic, Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Tails, and Idris Elba as Knuckles, while Keenu Reeves voice Shadow.
In the movie, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles must join forces for more, stronger powers to defeat the new villain, Shadow.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is considered best of the three movies of the franchise with much better and positive reviews.

Shadow the Hedgehog is a live-action / animated movie, which features human parents of Sonic, Tom and Maddie, played by James Marsden and Tika Sumpter.
The animated part features voices of animated characters – Sonic (Ben Schwartz), Tails (Colleen O’Shaughnessey), Knuckles (Idris Elba) and Shadow (Keenu Reeves).
Plot and Premise of Sonic the Hedgehog 3
As Sonic, Tails, and knuckles were celebrating Sonic’s arrival on Earth, Shadow the Hedgehog broke out of a secret prison Facility called G.U.N. in Japan.
The Director of G.U.N. employs Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles to put a halt to Shadow’s chaos in Tokyo at whatever costs.
The movie follows team Sonic as they fight against Shadow, an alien hedgehog that creates causes havoc in Japan.
Cast and Characters
The movie stars Jim Carrey, who plays double role, one of Dr. Ivo Robotnik, a mad scientist and Professor Gerald Robotnik, the one who discovered Shadow.
James Marsden and Tika Sumpter as adoptive parents of Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles with James being the sheriff and Tike acting as a local veteran.
Krysten Ritter acts as the director of the secret prison facility G.U.N. with many more supporting characters.
