The premier of Nevis and Leader of the Concerned Citizens Movement political party, Mark Brantley recently shared glimpses of his meeting and interaction with the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew. Brantley travelled to the United Kingdom to attend the Coronation of King Charles III in the delegation headed by Dr Drew.
After the conclusion of the historic event, Premier Brantley and the rest of the St Kitts and Nevis delegation got to interact with several notable members of the international community. The premier of Nevis has taken to his social media to share the updates. Providing an update about the meeting between himself and Prime Minister Dr Drew, Premier Brantley noted that they discussed several national issues.
The two political leaders and heads of their respective governments came together to discuss how we can continue to deepen the relationship between the Federal government, which Dr Terrance Drew leads, and the Nevis Island Administration, which is led by Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley. The Prime Minister and Premier got one-on-one interaction on the sidelines of the King’s Coronation.
During the meeting, Premier Brantley extended his sincere gratitude to PM, Drew for his excellent tone for relations and the spirit of inclusion and dialogue that he has fostered. Further, the Concerned Citizens Movement leader shared that the two politicians discussed various issues. The conversation between the two political leaders ranged from security to investment to CBI.
Further, Premier Mark Brantley updated him on certain critical projects on Nevis. In his Facebook post, Premier Brantley observed that elections are over. It is time for prudent sensible, mature governance. Accordingly, Premier Brantley pledged to continue to engage positively for the benefit of our beloved Nation’s people.

The Prime Minister, Dr Terrance Drew and the Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley, share a warm and friendly relationship. The fact is apparent from the meetings and interactions that the two leaders have been a part of since forming a new government in August 2022.
