St Kitts and Nevis Patriots have announced the fixtures for the 2024 edition of the Caribbean Premier League. The team represents the twin island federation at the biggest cricket event of the Caribbean, CPL.
The Patriots will be playing five of their scheduled matches at their home ground in Warner Park Cricket Stadium in Basseterre. The venue for the away matches has not been specified as of yet.
St Kitts and Nevis Patriots have been unlucky in the last two seasons of the CPL, with the team being unable to make it to the top. However, the patriots have pledged to make a comeback in the 2024 edition of the Premier League.
The team lineup consists of Cricketing legends from across the Caribbean and the world including Andre Fletcher, Dominic Drakes, Ambati Rayudu and more. The squad, eager to make a mark during the 2024 edition of Caribbean premier League is led by their captain, Ewin Lweis.
The matches will be played as per the following schedule:
The patriots will play their first match against the Newly returning and rebranded team, Antigua and Barbuda Falcons. The match will be hosted on August 29 and start at 7:00 PM (ECT)
For the next match, the team will fly back home to face the Trinbago Knight Riders on August 31. The weekend match will also start at 7:00 PM. The next day, the Patriots will be facing the Saint Lucia Kings at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium.
For the next match, the team will be facing the Guyana Amazon Warriors on September 4. Further the next match was hosted for September 6 against the Barbados Royals.
The final home match for the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots will be hosted on September 8 against the Falcons. The patriots will be facing the Saint Lucia Kings on September 12.
The Barbados Royals will be playing against the Patriots in the next match of the series on September 17. On September 20, the team will face the Guyana Amazon Warriors. Finally, On September 22, the team will face the Trinbago Knight Riders.
