After the success it tasted at the inaugural edition in 2024, the St. Kitts and Nevis Investment Gateway Summit is ready for an even bigger impact in 2025.

The event, scheduled between May 31 and June 3 at St. Kitts Marriott Resort in Frigate Bay near Basseterre, is themed “Investment to Impact: Our Journey to a Sustainable Island State”.

The twin-island state pursues the Sustainable Island State Agenda (SISA), a comprehensive network designed to guide it towards a sustainable future by 2040.
The summit, which will be co-hosted by the St. Kitts and Nevis government and the country’s Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), will serve as a premier platform for economic citizens, investors, entrepreneurs and others to connect and explore exclusive opportunities for growth.

Opportunities at 2025 Investment Gateway Summit

The 2025 summit will bring with it big opportunities for innovation and celebration. Participants, whether they are global investors, industry leaders or economic citizens, can build long-term connections by engaging with a community of dynamic people, including leaders, investors and innovators.

Through the connection, the participants will gain insights into actionable investment incentives; knowledge of regulatory frameworks; and an understanding of the strategic vision driving economic growth.

They can also discover new opportunities such as exciting business ventures and investment prospects in sectors such as agriculture, tourism, real estate and technology which are witnessing significant initiatives.

People can also expand their networks by meeting high-profile individuals and professionals who are ready to contribute by means of investment, innovation and collaboration.
Discussions and dialogues at the summit can lead to sustainable growth and progress. Collaborations can be done with innovators and sector leaders in fields such as agriculture, tourism, banking, finance, health, education, real estate and others while opportunities for tailored forums, exhibitions and one-on-meetings will also be available.

Besides, the guests can also enjoy the vibrant cultural offerings of St. Kitts and Nevis during summit days.

PM Terrance Drew’s welcome message

St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Terrance Drew welcomed potential visitors to the summit in a message. He said, “As Prime Minister, I warmly welcome you to the 2025 Investment Gateway Summit, a global stage where ideas spark innovation, partnerships drive progress, and investments shape a sustainable future. This summit is an invitation to visionary leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs to connect, collaborate, and create lasting impact.

“Together, let’s build a future of opportunity, resilience, and shared success. Let’s explore the boundless opportunities our islands offer while celebrating the rich cultural heritage that makes us unique. I look forward to welcoming you to this transformative gathering.”

Calvin St. Juste, Executive Chairman of the Board of Governors of St. Kitts and Nevis’s CIU, said the initiative represented the island-state’s commitment to fostering global connections, promoting sustainable growth, and showcasing the unparalleled opportunities in St. Kitts and Nevis.

“Through this summit, we aim to inspire innovation, strengthen partnerships, and highlight the transformative impact of our Citizenship by Investment Programme,” he said in his welcome message.

What is expected at the summit

While the detailed itinerary of the summit was still being finalized, the guests were expected to witness high-level talks and presentations at the event and opportunities to engage with both PM Drew and Nevisian Premier Mark Brantley, besides other industry experts, on issues such as global opportunities and sustainable development.

The engagement would see networking and exhibitions that will showcase investment opportunities.

The visitors will also get an opportunity to experience St. Kitts and Nevis’s culture, including performances and cuisine and taking part in exploring activities such as riding the scenic railway tour, visiting Nevis and the historic Brimstone Hill Fortress site, which is inscribed on the World Heritage List.

Those interested in taking part in the upcoming summit have been encouraged to secure early tickets. The early access pricing was offered as: US$ 300 for the citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis and US$ 550 for the friends of St. Kitts and Nevis (non-citizens). The deadline of the early access pricing is February 28, 2025.

The standard pricing, which begins from March 1, 2025, includes US$ 500 for the citizens and US$ 750 for the non-citizens. There will be a cocktail welcome, excursions and a gala dinner besides the main conference, panels and one-and-one meetings.

St. Kitts Marriot Resort will be the official hotel provider for the event but some other official accommodation partners have also been arranged for, including the Royal St. Kitts Hotel and the Koi Resort St. Kitts.

What happened at 2024 summit

The 2024 edition was originally set for an earlier date but its schedule was later revised to July 10-14 after potential investors showed keenness to attend it to explore business opportunities with like-minded people. At the event, the visitors got insights into various investment opportunities in St. Kitts and Nevis and this year’s summit is expected to build on that success.
